SMS Terms and Conditions

Echo One Inc ("Echo1") provides an optional SMS notification service through the Echo1 application to keep you informed about dispatch-related and service-related updates. These messages are strictly transactional and are sent only to users who explicitly opt in.

 

By enrolling to receive SMS-based notifications from the Echo1 application, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

 

1. Program Description

The Echo1 application sends SMS-based transactional notifications only. These messages may include:

 

•  Dispatch notifications (new trip assignments)

•  Pick-up and drop-off notifications

•  Trip status updates (en route, completed, cancelled)

•  Driver alerts and time-sensitive operational updates

•  Account and platform notifications for administrators

 

No marketing, promotional, or advertising messages will ever be sent. We will never use your phone number for any purpose other than sending you transactional notifications directly related to your service with Echo1.

 

 

2. Opt-In Requirements

Participation is completely voluntary and not required to use our services.

 

All users must opt in to receive SMS-based notifications via a check box in their form submission. No user will ever receive SMS from us if they have not opted in or have stopped receiving SMS. You may opt in through account setup within the Echo1 platform or when an administrator enrolls your phone number for dispatch notifications.

 

When users submit a transportation request, they will have the option to opt in to SMS messaging at the end of the form. The opt-in appears as a checkbox at the end of the submission process. By default, the checkbox is unchecked, and the user will not be opted in unless they actively select it.

 

By opting in, you confirm that:

•  You are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided

•  You consent to receive SMS-based notifications related directly to your service activity

•  Messages will only be sent to you when relevant to your individual account, role, or assigned trips

 

We do not send broadcast messages, group notifications, or content unrelated to your service.

 

Opt-in confirmation message:

3. Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)

You may cancel SMS notifications at any time.

 

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message we send. After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Echo1 unless you choose to opt in again.

 

To re-enroll after opting out, contact your organization administrator or email info@echo1solutions.com.

 

Stop message:

ECHO1 - You have opted out and will no longer receive messages. If this was a mistake, you may reply START to resume. Message and data rates may apply.

 

 

4. Help & Support (HELP)

If you are experiencing issues with our messaging, reply HELP to any message we send.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your role and dispatch activity. During active dispatch periods, you may receive multiple messages per hour. During inactive periods, you may receive no messages. Messages are sent only when relevant to your assigned trips or role.

 

 

6. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any SMS message sent to you or from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

 

 

7. Privacy, Data Handling & Third-Party Policy

Your privacy is critically important to us.

 

•  Your phone number will be used solely for delivering SMS-based notifications directly related to your service activity

•  Your number and associated information will never be shared, sold, rented, or distributed to third parties for marketing, advertising, analytics, or any other purpose

•  Messages will contain only user-specific, relevant information applicable to your service or trips

•  We do not use your information to send unsolicited messages

•  All data usage complies with our Privacy Policy and HIPAA requirements

8. Carrier & Reliability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or corrupted messages. Delivery of SMS messages may be subject to your mobile carrier's coverage, device settings, network congestion, and technical limitations beyond our control.

 

 

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date above. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
